Requests submitted through our form or WhatsApp are appointment requests, not guaranteed reservations. Your booking is confirmed only once our team responds to you.

We may need to reschedule occasionally; if so, we'll offer you the earliest suitable alternative.

Prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are indicative. A small number of cells are marked “verify” while we re-confirm them. The final price for your service is confirmed with you before the service begins.

Because services like colour, smoothening and treatments depend on hair length, thickness and condition, “onwards” prices are starting points. Applicable taxes are charged as required by law.

Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your slot to someone else. Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

We provide an honest consultation before every service and recommend only what suits your hair. Individual results vary with hair type, condition and aftercare, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or longevity.

Following the aftercare guidance we provide is important for the best and longest-lasting results.

Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, pregnancy or medical concerns before your service. We may carry out a patch test where appropriate and may decline a service if we believe it isn't safe for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for outcomes arising from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
